Prior to setting up NLPlifecoaching, Jo was a sought after individual working in the textile and fashion arena. Travelling extensively to Europe, Asia and the Americas with global responsibilities in marketing, PR, business development, trend prediction, and sourcing of garments, fabric and colour. Holding positions of high responsibility working for George (ASDA Group), BHS, Top Shop, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis, Principles, M&S manufacturer Dewhirst and environmental fibre company Tencel. Jo’s experience of working for corporates has given her clear insight into the importance of successful communications and the influence of group dynamics, with a first hand appreciation of high pressure, stressful jobs and how they can influence your well being and life path. Jo is a sociable person who incorporates her knowledge and passion for her subjects into her every day life.
